What kind of data do you need?
We only need an Income Statement and invoices for the time period being analyzed. We do not need tax returns, bank statements, or other detailed personal information.
How do you access our data?
You can log in via your accounting software or upload to our secure portal.
How long does it take to produce a Pi.Q Analysis?
Once we've received all the necessary information, your Pi.Q Analysis will be delivered within a few business days.
How much does a Pi.Q Analysis cost?
Prices vary according to the nature of the analysis, but the initial Pi.Q Baseline Analysis is an average investment of $2k and an annual subscription is an additional $4k, which includes four Pi.Q Trend Analyses.
What kind of result can I expect?
Our typical client sees an immediate improvement of 10 – 25% in profitability in the first few months and most see a 50% to 10% improvement in the first year or two, making an investment in a Pi.Q subscription one of the highest-return decisions possible.
Why can’t I just do this myself?
This may look simple and easy, but the process to produce our analysis is incredibly complex and is something we’ve mastered and automated over the course of 30 years with clients of all business models and sizes from Fortune 500 to small, private businesses. You can certainly hire someone to perform the analysis from scratch, but the time and cost will be far in excess of your investment of less than $16/day for our annual subscription.
Can you analyze any company?
Our analysis works well on most companies, except those with projects that span multiple years. Our clients typically have annual revenues between $2 million and over $1 billion.
Will this process distract me from running my business?
Our process is non-intrusive and usually only involves two steps: 1) upload/connect your data; and 2) answer a few questions to clarify any data that appear to be outliers. We are continuously adding automated algorithms and Artificial Intelligence features to further simplify.
